Welcome to CheapBundlez. By accessing our website or purchasing a data bundle through our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Our Service
CheapBundlez sells data bundles for MTN, Telecel, and AirtelTigo networks in Ghana. Bundles are delivered automatically to the phone number provided at checkout once payment has been confirmed.
2. Orders & Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within seconds of successful payment. In rare cases involving network delays, delivery may take up to 2 hours. If your bundle has not arrived within this window, please contact us with your order reference.
3. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your card or mobile money details on our servers.
4. Refunds
Refund requests must be made within 2 days of the transaction. See our Refund Policy page for details.
5. Incorrect Phone Numbers
CheapBundlez is not responsible for bundles delivered to an incorrect phone number entered by the customer at checkout. Please double-check the number before completing payment.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
